Job Description:

• Trainee (Accounts):
• This is a one-year training program designed to provide candidates with comprehensive exposure to Corporate Finance & Accounts, Taxation, Treasury Management, and working knowledge of ERP/SAP systems. The selected candidates will undergo rigorous training to develop the necessary skills and knowledge required for a successful career in finance within IFFCO.
• Accounts Officer:
• The Accounts Officer role requires individuals with substantial experience in managing Finance & Accounts within a large and reputable manufacturing organization. The role involves handling key financial responsibilities and contributing to the organization’s financial health.

Salary Structure and Compensation:

Trainee (Accounts):

During the one-year training period, trainees will receive a monthly stipend of approximately Rs. 48,000. This includes other allowances such as HRA, canteen, washing, and PF.

Upon successful completion of the training, candidates may be appointed in the pay scale of Rs. 40,000 – 75,000, with a CTC of approximately Rs. 12 lacs per annum.

Accounts Officer:

Selected candidates, depending on their suitability and experience, may be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 51,000 – 100,000, with a CTC of approximately Rs. 15 lacs per annum.
Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

Candidates applying for both positions must have completed CA (Intermediate) with a Graduation degree in any discipline from a University recognized by UGC, securing a minimum of 60% marks.

Age Limit:

Experience (for Accounts Officer):

Candidates applying for the Accounts Officer position must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Finance & Accounts in a large, reputable manufacturing organization, excluding articleship.

Key Skills and Additional Skills:

• Both positions require candidates to possess key skills in Corporate Finance & Accounts, Taxation, and Treasury Management, along with a working knowledge of ERP/SAP systems.
• Working knowledge of more than one Indian language other than the mother tongue will be considered desirable.

Selection Procedure:

The selection process will involve the following stages:

• Online Test: Eligible candidates will be required to appear for a Computer-based Online Test at designated centers across India, or as decided by IFFCO.
• Personal Interview: Candidates who are shortlisted based on their performance in the online test will be called for a personal interview.
• Medical Examination: Shortlisted candidates after the personal interview will undergo a medical examination as per IFFCO’s medical standards before the final selection.
